Description : The Karkloof Conservation Centre offers guided walks, birdwatching (2 well equipped hides) and a wonderful picnic area. Visitors are welcome to relax in the wonderful natural surroundings of the Karkloof. Regular night walks arranged. One can also hire out the hides. A golf cart is available for those who have difficulties walking to the hides. Open Tuesdays to Sundays 8 am to 4:30 pm. Entrance fee R20 per adult and R10 per child.
Locality : Karkloof Road at the entrance to Gartmore Farm.
